America Chill
Republicans your projection has proven to be your Con-fession. All of your Voter's Rights crimes will now be prosecuted.
The federal government shall assume its full power with preclearance being restored.
I've provided the proof that the Voter's Rights Act of 2006, as amended has been restored.
America will see how in, 2022 the Voter's Rights Opinion of 2013, became sunset, forever:
The
Fannie Lou Hamer, Rosa Parks, Coretta Scott King, César E. Chávez, Barbara C. Jordan, William C. Velásquez, and Dr. Hector P. Garcia, Voting Rights Act Reauthorization and Amendments Act of 2006'. Section 4 item (7) demands verbatim, "The Congress SHALL reconsider the provisions of this section at Congressional the end of the fifteen-year period following the effective date of the reconsideration of the Fannie Lou Hamer, Rosa Parks, and Coretta Scott King Voting Rights Act Reauthorization and Amendments Act of 2006.", Public Law 109-246.
In short as of 2022, the Voter's Rights Act Opinion of 2013 is Sunset forever. This provision was initially authorized in 1982, by former president Ronald Regan. It was retained in the 2006 Voter's Rights Act.
The purpose of the provision was to provide a hearing (parole) for early release from preclearance, if those states or political divisions has refrain from committing Voter's discrimination crimes.
The hearings are held under the authority/jurisdiction of the Attorney General of the Department of Justice.
The current Congress does not have any Jurisdiction over this provision. The effect demands the same as a "treaty." It replaces the ruling authority.
Therefore, it's purpose is to determine if preclearance is still necessary. This constitutional provision is superior to the unconstitutional Voter's Rights Act Opinion of 2013, being that they both covers the same interest, the prior sunset's the current.
The Attorney General must resume/ restore preclearance, per the mandatory demand of the provision. Those states preclearance sentence is through 2031. The Supreme Court interference resulted in the 2013 Opinion. As of 2022, the 2013 Opinion ceased to hold authority. The passage of time restored the function of the Voter's Rights Act of 2006 to the Attorney General Office.
Section no.19 of the Voter's Rights Act of 1965, as amended, states "If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the Act and the application of the provision to other persons not similarly situated or to other circumstances shall not be affected thereby. This provision is nka; 52 U.S. Code § 10313, 42 U. S. C. §1973p. Separability.
In short this provision allowed Section 4 item (7) of the Voter's Rights Act of 2006, as amended to be in effect as of now.
Preclearance is restored. Federal Rico charges must be filed now against GA and any of the states the had fake electors. For starters.
